SHIPPING POLICIES - INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER AND THE TIME IT TAKES TO MANUFACTURE, ETC

.All decals are made when they are ordered, so each order is actually a totally custom order. This is the only way we can offer you so many different images in such a wide range of colors. Please check your order carefully before submitting it to us, as there are no exchanges or refunds on these custom, made-to-order, decals. We will refund or replace any decals which were not properly manufactured and have manufacturing defects. We ask that you contact us to arrange to return the defective products for your refund/replacement.

Any defective or incorrect product will be replaced immediately upon the return of the product. If you have ordered materials in quantity, we will immediately replace those items which are defective. You must contact us first to arrange the return of the defective products.

 For all custom, non-stock image orders, we will replace any product which is not correctly created according to the instructions and layout which you have signed. Please read and review your order preview for custom products very carefully, as your submittal of the order will indicate the approval of the product design. You are responsible for checking and approving the spelling, punctuation, capitalization, size, font, color, etc. as will be shown on the order preview. We cannot refund custom manufactured products that have been manufactured according to your approved specifications. Custom orders which are defective or incorrectly manufactured will be replaced immediately. Contact us by phone, e-mail or fax for any problems.

 

We are closed on the weekends. Our offices are open only from 8 am to 5 pm PST Monday thru Friday, and we are closed on major holidays. Occasionally we will also be closed for a brief vacation, in which case you will receive a notice on an autoresponder when you place your order as to when we will be re-opening.Your order will be manufactured and completed, ready to ship, within 3 to 4 working days from the time it is received. We use the US Postal Service for 99.9% of our shipping, and offer shipping in "standard" FIRST CLASS MAIL or using PRIORITY MAIL. Priority Mail Shipping means that your order will be shipped using Priority Mail, and will spend 2 to 3 days in transit, depending on how far it is being shipped. It does not mean that you will receive your order 2 to 3 days after you place the order. (See the first paragraph). Normal orders for 6" decals are shipped in cardboard (stiff) envelopes, either 7" x 9", or in Priority Mail envelopes (9" x 12"). Occasionally a custom text order, with several lines of text, may be shipped in a box, using Priority or First Class mail US Postal Service.Please double check your information regarding your address for billing and your address for shipping BEFORE you hit the CONTINUE button. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE ANY APARTMENT OR SUITE OR ROOM NUMBERS IF THOSE ARE PART OF YOUR ADDRESS. Due to the frequency of returned envelopes and packages with incomplete addresses, we will, effective July 1, 2006, begin to charge you a second time for shipping if your order comes back to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided.

Your privacy is very important to us.

We will at no time sell or distribute your name, e-mail address, mailing address or any other personal information to any other company for any sort of advertising or solicitation. We may use your information to do our own studies regarding geographical and demographic information about our customers, but that information would only be provided in the form of general statistics to any third party, with no individual references of any kind. The only third party which will have your personal information is the bank which approves the transactions.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
